The posting

Vervaardigt sauzen en oliën op basis van verschillende receptuur en bestuurt geautomatiseerde productielijnen of afvullijnen. Afgetapt in verschillende verpakkingen, gereed voor (tijdelijke) opslag in magazijn. Voert alle handelingen op en aan de proces- en afvullijnen uit. Controleert uitgevoerde handelingen op toegepaste kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en arbeidsnormen. Signaleert afwijkingen van de kwaliteit van de aangeleverde grondstoffen. Bij afwijking schakelt hij/zij onmiddellijk naar de Team Coördinator. Oefent controle uit op aanwezigheid van correcte en voldoende verpakkingsmaterialen en juiste aanduiding van etiketten en coderingen. Werkzaamheden worden conform specificatie uitgevoerd. Afwijkingen/knelpunten zijn tijdig gesignaleerd en de benodigde actie is ondernomen. Bedient de lijnen en stuurt op de vereiste kwaliteit binnen de normen die voor alle processen zijn vastgesteld. Verwerkt dagelijkse planning in het geautomatiseerde systeem. De handelingen worden uitgevoerd zoals die vooraf zijn besproken en geïnstrueerd. Zorgt voor een efficiënte inzet van de uit te voeren handelingen. Draagt zorg voor een juiste naleving van de bedrijfsinstructies inzake veiligheid, kwaliteit en hygiëne van werken volgens de planning. Houdt rekening met de geldende kwaliteit en voedselveiligheidseisen. Signaleert onvolkomenheden aan de grondstoffen en de verpakkingsmaterialen. Bewaakt de juiste codering per verpakking. Zorgt dat de verpakte producten voldoen aan de eisen van de specificaties en aan die van de opdrachtgever. Houdt werkruimten veilig en schoon. Vervoert afval naar de daarvoor bestemde locatie. Signaleert storingen, handelt adequaat en probeert (kleine) storingen direct te verhelpen. Rapporteert aan de productieleiding en het dag bord over storingen en de voortgang.
