Onze klant is een beursgenoteerd biotechnologisch bedrijf dat producten en diensten ontwikkelt voor de gezondheidssector, landbouw, industriële en consumentenmarkten.

Jobomschrijving

Je werkt in een team van een 9 – tal personen en bent verantwoordelijk voor een onderdeel van het productieproces.

• Instellen & bijstellen van machines • Overzicht houden van het procesverloop • Afstemmen met diverse collega’s zodat kwaliteit, rendement & veiligheid gegarandeerd is • Stalen nemen • Registratie van productiegegevens in het ERP – systeem • Trouble – shooting en operationele problemen zelfstandig oplossen • Ploegoverdracht en communicatie • Continu leren en ontwikkelen om het volledige productieproces te doorgronden • Op termijn kan je ingeschakeld worden om nieuwe collega’s als peter/meter mee op te leiden.

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur reeds een eerste werkervaring als operator achter de rug.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en een goed leervermogen.
  • Je leert graag nieuwe zaken bij. Bij onze klant kan je gedurende je volledige carrière leren en ontwikkelen. We stimuleren en ondersteunen onze medewerkers actief bij hun continue ontwikkeling.
  • Veilig werken staat bij ons erg hoog op de agenda! Je denkt en handelt vanuit onze veiligheidscultuur en draagt actief bij aan het versterken er van.
