Als procesoperator ben je verantwoordelijk voor een cruciaal onderdeel van het productieproces binnen een hecht team van negen collega's. Je stelt geavanceerde machines in, stelt bij waar nodig en bewaakt continu het overzicht van het procesverloop. Je leert het volledige productieproces doorgronden en krijgt ruime kansen om doorgroeien tot peter of meter voor nieuwe medewerkers.

Binnen deze vacature houdt je takenpakket het volgende in:

  • Instellen, bijstellen en monitoren van machines om het totale procesverloop optimaal te bewaken.
  • Nemen van kwaliteitstalen en nauwkeurig registreren van alle productiegegevens in het ERP-systeem.
  • Zelfstandig oplossen van operationele problemen en uitvoeren van gerichte troubleshooting op de vloer.
  • Verzorgen van een vlotte communicatie en ploegoverdracht om kwaliteit, rendement en veiligheid te waarborgen.
  • Actief bijdragen aan een veilige werkomgeving door altijd te handelen vanuit een sterke veiligheidscultuur.

VG 458/BUOSAP

  • Je beschikt over technisch inzicht, een sterk leervermogen en bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring als operator.
  • Je werkt graag in een roterend volcontinu-systeem met een werkweek van 33,6 uur.
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig met MS Office365; kennis van SAP of ERP is een mooie troef.
  • Je bent communicatief, collegiaal en leergierig om jezelf continu te ontwikkelen.
  • Instellen, bijstellen en monitoren van machines om het totale procesverloop optimaal te bewaken.
  • Nemen van kwaliteitstalen en nauwkeurig registreren van alle productiegegevens in het ERP-systeem.
