Ben je een analytische en resultaatgerichte ingenieur met een oog voor kwaliteit en efficiëntie? Wil je een essentiële rol spelen in het in kaart brengen van productieprocessen en deze naar een hoger niveau brengen. Dan is dit jouw volgende uitdaging!

TAKENPAKKET

• Proces - & kwaliteitsverbetering: o Analyseren van productieprocessen op kwaliteit, stabiliteit en efficiëntie;

o Detecteren van afwijkingen, risico’s en procesverliezen via data-analyse, SPC en trendanalyse;

o Ingrijpen bij kwaliteits- en procesrisico’s;

o Uitwerken en implementeren van structurele verbeteringen (PDCA, RCA, FMEA, 8D).

• Projectmanagement kwaliteit: o Initiëren, implementeren en leiden van kwaliteits - en verbeterprojecten;

o Coördineren van multidisciplinaire teams (productie, kwaliteit, onderhoud, engineering);

o Bewaken van timing, voortgang en effectiviteit van corrigerende en preventieve acties;

o Rapporteren van projectstatus en resultaten aan management.

• Kwaliteitssystemen & borging: o Initiëren en opvolgen van Management of Change (MOC);

o Actieve bijdrage aan het kwaliteitszorgsysteem (ISO 9001/ ISO 14001/ ISO 45001);

o Ondersteuning/begeleiding bij interne of externe audits en procesaudits;

o Behandelen van klachten en non – conformiteiten;

• Technische ondersteuning productie: o Technische en kwaliteitsmatige ondersteuning bij opstart of proceswijzigingen;

o Bepalen en valideren van kritische proces - en productparameters;

o Implementeren van standaarden en best practices d.m.v. opleidingen.

Competenties:

o Bedreven in data - analyse en het werken met tools zoals Excel en Python;

o Grondige kennis van kwaliteits - en verbetermethoden (PDCA, SPC, RCA, 8D);

o Vlotte spreker in het Nederlands en het Engels. (FR/DE is een plus);

o Sterk analytisch inzicht met een gestructureerde en resultaatgerichte aanpak;

o Proactief, zelfstandig en hands-on ingesteld;

o Communicatief en verbindend tussen afdelingen.
