EN Proces Supervisor 36 hours MBO 4 Productie Heerenveen Dit ga je doen In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de monitoring en beheersing van het gehele proces, van melkontvangst tot eindproduct. Doordat processen verregaand geautomatiseerd zijn, ga jij als Proces Supervisor monitoren op (voedsel)veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiency. Deze autonome rol biedt, binnen de kaders, vrijheid en beslissingsbevoegdheid om je eigen werk vorm te geven en uit te voeren. Daarbij anticipeer je op signalen uit het proces die die werking van de apparatuur en de kwaliteit van het product kunnen beïnvloeden. Ook speel je in op veranderingen en ontwikkelingen die zich voordoen in de aan- en afvoer van grondstoffen en productstromen. Je signaleert en lokaliseert storingen en afwijkingen, daarbij zorg je voor een gedegen root cause analyse en schakel je, indien nodig, de juiste expertise in. Als proceseigenaar onderneem je actie wanneer onveilige en andere ongewenste situaties voorkomen en zorg je ervoor dat dit structureel opgelost wordt. Het opstellen, actualiseren van procesbeschrijvingen, werkinstructies en procedures is een belangrijk aspect om de kwaliteit na te streven.
