Als Procesadviseur continue verbeteren & AO/IC (Administratieve Organisatie en Interne Controle) werk je binnen het Veranderteam, dat een brug slaat tussen strategische doelen en de operationele behoeften van de hele organisatie. Dit team helpt de organisatie bij het verbeteren van processen, zodat we als gemeente steeds slimmer en efficiënter kunnen werken. Jij gaat vooral kijken of alle werkprocessen goed werken en denkt mee over verbeteringen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's om verbeterplannen te maken, de voortgang hiervan te monitoren en op een duidelijke manier adviezen te geven. Omdat je met veel verschillende afdelingen werkt, heb je contact met veel collega's uit de hele organisatie. Je maakt onderdeel uit van een klein, betrokken team in het hart van de organisatie. Er is veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief en samenwerking, en je zet mensen in beweging door je verbindende aanpak en expertise. Procesmanagement Je ondersteunt en adviseert collega's bij het verbeteren van werkprocessen. Je helpt hen bij het beschrijven van deze processen en zorgt ervoor dat deze informatie actueel blijft. Daarbij houd jij de grote lijnen en de doelen in de gaten, zodat alle processen aansluiten bij wat de organisatie nodig heeft. Je begeleidt collega's in de PDCA-cyclus: een werkwijze waarin we samen plannen maken, uitvoeren, monitoren, waar nodig bijstellen. Interne Controle Daarnaast voer je interne controles uit om te beoordelen of de processen goed zijn ingericht en volgens de gemaakte afspraken worden uitgevoerd. Je stelt rapportages op, bespreekt deze met collega's en geeft advies over hoe we de processen kunnen verbeteren.
