Functie Procesanalist Bedrijfsprocessen Locatie Den Haag Zuid-Holland Uren per week 32 uren per week - Het tarief is maximaal 80,- per uur De dienstverlening verandert, digitalisering biedt nieuwe mogelijkheden en de organisatie wil slimmer, eenvoudiger en efficiënter werken. Om die ontwikkeling mogelijk te maken is inzicht nodig in de manier waarop werkzaamheden daadwerkelijk worden uitgevoerd. Daarom zoeken wij een ervaren Senior Procesanalist die bedrijfsprocessen analyseert, beschrijft en verbetert. Iemand die snel doorziet hoe een organisatie werkt, structuur aanbrengt in complexe processen en kansen ziet om werkzaamheden te standaardiseren, te vereenvoudigen en beter beheersbaar te maken. Je brengt de bedrijfsprocessen van de Unit Operatie in kaart en maakt inzichtelijk hoe processen vandaag functioneren en hoe werkzaamheden, systemen, informatie en mensen met elkaar samenhangen. Je ontwikkelt samen met proceseigenaren verbeteringen die bijdragen aan een efficiëntere en toekomstbestendige dienstverlening. Je werkt aan zowel seriematige operationele productieprocessen als aan ondersteunende beheeren dienstverleningsprocessen. Daarbij begrijp je de dynamiek van productieomgevingen waarin voorspelbaarheid, kwaliteit, capaciteit en doorlooptijden belangrijk zijn, én weet je ondersteunende processen pragmatisch vorm te geven volgens ITIL-/BISL-principes waar dat passend is. Je bent regelmatig op de werkvloer aanwezig om processen te observeren, medewerkers te interviewen en werkwijzen te doorgronden. Je onderscheidt hoofd- van bijzaken, maakt impliciete kennis expliciet en vertaalt complexe werkwijzen naar heldere procesmodellen en procesbeschrijvingen. Modelleren van processen via een nader te kiezen methodiek. Opstellen van procesbeschrijvingen, rollen, verantwoordelijkheden, beslismomenten en procesafspraken.
