Je brengt structuur aan in complexe processen, maakt impliciete kennis expliciet en signaleert kansen om werkzaamheden te standaardiseren, te vereenvoudigen en beter beheersbaar te maken. - Inventariseren, analyseren en beschrijven van bestaande bedrijfsprocessen. - Modelleren van processen via een te kiezen methodiek. - Opstellen van procesbeschrijvingen, rollen, verantwoordelijkheden, beslismomenten en procesafspraken. - Analyseren van seriematige productieprocessen op capaciteit, kwaliteit, doorlooptijd, foutkansen en verspilling. - Beschrijven en verbeteren van ondersteunende processen, waaronder pragmatisch ingerichte ITIL-georiënteerde processen (incident-, wijzigings- en serviceverzoekafhandeling). - Signaleren van knelpunten, afhankelijkheden, risico's en verbetermogelijkheden. - Adviseren over standaardisatie, vereenvoudiging, digitalisering en automatisering van processen. - Faciliteren van processessies en workshops met medewerkers, proceseigenaren en management. - Opbouwen en onderhouden van een samenhangend proceslandschap en vastleggen van proceskennis voor duurzaam beheer en doorontwikkeling. - Regelmatig op de werkvloer observeren, medewerkers interviewen en werkwijzen doorgronden.
