Op onze locatie in Wognum ben jij als Procesbegeleider een belangrijke schakel tussen onze chauffeurs, de planning en de klant. Jij zorgt ervoor dat chauffeurs hun werk prettig en veilig kunnen uitvoeren en houdt tegelijkertijd de klant goed op de hoogte. Geen dag is hetzelfde en jij weet precies wanneer je moet bijsturen. Dit ga je doen Als Procesbegeleider in Wognum ben jij de schakel tussen onze chauffeurs, de planning en de klant. Jij houdt gedurende de dag het overzicht, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt. - Je stuurt onze chauffeurs dagelijks aan en stelt de juiste prioriteiten. - Je monitort de ritten en grijpt in bij vertragingen of andere problemen. - Je houdt contact met de klant en zorgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen. - Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en staat klaar voor vragen of een goed gesprek. - Je zorgt voor een correcte verslaglegging. Dit neem je mee Voor de functie van Procesbegeleider vinden wij het belangrijk dat je beschikt over een proactieve en flexibele houding. Verder vragen wij: - MBO/HBO werk- en denkniveau. - Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie, bij voorkeur in logistiek. - Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. - Beren op de weg?
