Procesbewaker Logistiek gezocht in Duiven! Werk fulltime in ploegendiensten, verdien €3.028 tot €3.587 en maak als gatekeeper deel uit van een collegiaal logistiek team. Functieomschrijving Als Procesbewaker Logistiek ben jij de operationele schakel tussen Control Room, Security en Warehouse op de locatie in Duiven. Je bewaakt als Procesbewaker Logistiek de instroom en uitstroom van goederen en zorgt dat het proces soepel, gestructureerd en volgens prioriteit verloopt. Je coördineert het inbound- en outbound-gateproces, bewaakt de doorstroming en wachttijden, signaleert knelpunten en escaleert waar nodig. Je stemt als Procesbewaker Logistiek af met collega’s van Security, Control Room en Warehouse, en denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen. Elke dienst start met een overdrachtsmoment in het securitykantoor, waarbij bijzonderheden en prioriteiten worden besproken. Aan het einde van je dienst is er een nabespreking voor een goede overdracht. Je werkt als Procesbewaker Logistiek in vaste ploegendiensten (07:00–15:00, 15:00–23:00 of 23:00–07:00) binnen een 24/7 operatie. Weekend- en nachtdiensten komen voor, waarvoor je aantrekkelijke toeslagen ontvangt: 20% tussen 21:00–00:00 uur, 30% tussen 00:00–06:00 uur, 40% op zaterdag en 100% op zondag. Op feestdagen ben je vrij, zodat je werk en privé goed kunt combineren. Je maakt deel uit van een vast team binnen een internationale organisatie, waar collegiale samenwerking en korte lijnen centraal staan. Na je inwerkperiode werk je als Procesbewaker Logistiek zelfstandig binnen je dienst en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de prioritering en eventuele escalaties. Je krijgt als Procesbewaker Logistiek volop kansen om jezelf te ontwikkelen door interne trainingen op het gebied van veiligheid, operationele processen en procesoptimalisatie.
