Procescoördinator & Automatisering Collega's werken op verschillende locaties, projecten lopen tegelijk en systemen moeten dat allemaal ondersteunen. Als Procescoördinator Automatisering zorg jij dat onze digitale processen logisch zijn ingericht en overal goed functioneren. Je beweegt je door de organisatie, spreekt gebruikers op locatie en vertaalt praktijkvragen naar structurele verbeteringen. Je werkt voor alle vestigingen van JvESCH en bent regelmatig aanwezig op verschillende locaties. Wat ga je doen als Procescoördinator Automatisering? Als Procescoördinator Automatisering ben je verantwoordelijk voor het functioneel beheer en de verdere ontwikkeling van onze automatisering binnen de hele organisatie. Concreet betekent dat: - Beheren en optimaliseren van ERP- en andere bedrijfssystemen (Microsoft365 en GIS) - Signaleren van knelpunten in werkprocessen op verschillende locaties - Vertalen van gebruikerswensen naar praktische systeemoplossingen - Coördineren van implementaties, updates en nieuwe modules - Ondersteunen van key-users binnen administratie, calculatie en projectleiding - Bewaken van datakwaliteit en uniforme werkwijzen - Beheer en uitgifte van hardware (laptops, telefoons en printers) De ene week zit je met de administratie om processen scherper in te richten, de andere week ben je op een andere locatie om gebruikersvragen te inventariseren of een optimalisatietraject te begeleiden. Je werkt dus niet vanaf één vaste plek, maar organisatiebreed. Wie zoeken wij? We zoeken een Functioneel Beheerder of ervaren procescoördinator die zelfstandig kan werken en makkelijk schakelt tussen afdelingen.
