Voor een sterk groeiende en internationaal actieve organisatie binnen de voedingsindustrie zijn we op zoek naar een Procescoördinator Verpakking. Je krijgt een sleutelrol binnen een sterk geautomatiseerde productieomgeving en focust op het verhogen van efficiëntie, betrouwbaarheid en rendement van de verpakkingslijnen.

Deze functie bevindt zich op het kruispunt van process engineering, productieoptimalisatie en continuous improvement. Je combineert data-analyse met een sterke aanwezigheid op de werkvloer en krijgt veel vrijheid om zelf verbeterprojecten te identificeren, op te starten en te realiseren.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je analyseert productiedata, KPI's, stilstanden en machineprestaties en brengt structurele oorzaken van verliezen en inefficiënties in kaart.
  • Je combineert data met observaties op de werkvloer en input van operatoren om tot concrete en onderbouwde verbeteracties te komen.
  • Je initieert en begeleidt Continuous Improvement-projecten en past Lean- en CI-principes toe om rendement, kwaliteit en processtabiliteit te verhogen.
  • Je onderzoekt technische en procesmatige problemen en vertaalt jouw bevindingen samen met Engineering en de technische dienst naar haalbare oplossingen.
  • Je ondersteunt de implementatie en opstart van technische aanpassingen, nieuwe installaties en processen en bepaalt mee de optimale instellingen en parameters.
  • Je optimaliseert werkmethodes en procesparameters en zorgt ervoor dat succesvolle verbeteringen structureel worden geborgd.
  • Je begeleidt operatoren bij nieuwe processen en werkwijzen en weet ervaren medewerkers mee te krijgen in verandering.
  • Je ondersteunt nieuwe productintroducties door te bepalen hoe nieuwe producten of mengelingen optimaal verwerkt kunnen worden op de verpakkingslijnen.
  • Je werkt dagelijks samen met teamleads, operatoren, Engineering, technische dienst, Continuous Improvement en andere betrokken afdelingen.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een masterdiploma Industrieel Ingenieur, Burgerlijk Ingenieur, Bio-ingenieur of een vergelijkbare technische opleiding.
  • Je hebt idealiter 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring als Process Engineer, Production Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer of Continuous Improvement Engineer.
  • Ervaring binnen de voedingsindustrie is een belangrijke troef.
  • Je begrijpt hoe productiemachines en geautomatiseerde processen functioneren en kan technische problemen grondig analyseren.
  • Je bent sterk in data- en KPI-analyse en weet cijfers om te zetten in concrete acties op de werkvloer.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, proactief en hands-on en hebt een sterke drive om processen daadwerkelijk te verbeteren.
  • Je beschikt over voldoende maturiteit en overtuigingskracht om operatoren mee te nemen in veranderingen en vertrouwen op te bouwen op de werkvloer.
