De organisatie is momenteel in transitie: van de traditionele, intramurale verpleeghuiszorg naar zorg die mensen zoveel mogelijk thuis ontvangen. Je komt dus terecht in een organisatie die volop in ontwikkeling is. Ben jij nieuwsgierig, kijk je met een frisse blik naar bedrijfsvoering en financiering, en wil je een waardevolle bijdrage leveren aan de toekomst van Zorg in Oktober? Over de afdeling Je werkt in het team Bedrijfsvoering (circa 150 medewerkers), waaronder Finance & Control, Planning & Control, Vastgoed, Facilitair en IT vallen. Je hebt veel contact met verschillende disciplines binnen dit team. De rol van Risico- en procescontroller is een autonome functie: je directe aanspreekpunt is de directeur Bedrijfsvoering, aan wie je rechtstreeks rapporteert. Daarnaast rapporteer je aan het directieteam, de Raad van Bestuur en de auditcommissie. Over de functie Als Risico- en procescontroller waarborg je de interne financiële beheersing van Zorg in Oktober. Je voert het bestaande controleplan uit ter voorbereiding op de accountantscontrole en zorgt ervoor dat de accountant kan steunen op de interne beheersingsmaatregelen. Maar daar blijft het niet bij.
