Jobomschrijving

Als Procesingenieur speel je een cruciale rol in het optimaliseren, verbeteren en implementeren van chemische productieprocessen. Je werkt op het kruispunt van productie, technologie en kwaliteit en zorgt ervoor dat processen veilig, efficiënt en volgens het principe van "right first time" verlopen. Dankzij jouw expertise draag je rechtstreeks bij aan klanttevredenheid, operationele excellentie en de verdere groei van de organisatie.

Optimaliseren van bestaande processen

  • Verbeteren van procesprestaties door analyse van procesparameters, trending en rapportering
  • Identificeren en implementeren van kostenbesparende optimalisaties
  • Uitvoeren van technische verbeteringen en procesoptimalisaties op de productiesite
  • Onderzoeken van afwijkingen en organiseren van root cause analyses
  • Ondersteunen van CAPA-trajecten en opvolgen van verbeteracties
  • Uitvoeren van haalbaarheidsstudies en impactanalyses bij proceswijzigingen
  • Opstellen en actualiseren van technische documentatie

Ondersteunen van nieuwe procesintroducties

  • Organiseren en begeleiden van technologieoverdrachten naar productie
  • Deelnemen aan procesveiligheids- en milieurisicoanalyses
  • Reviewen van Master Batch Records en procesdocumentatie
  • Ondersteunen van validaties en homogeniteitsstudies
  • Begeleiden van klanten tijdens process witnessing op de productiesite
  • Analyseren en evalueren van productiecampagnes en procesgegevens

Procesexpertise en innovatie

  • Opbouwen van diepgaande kennis van chemische processen en installaties
  • Opvolgen van nieuwe ontwikkelingen en innovatieve technologieën binnen de sector
  • Formuleren van verbetervoorstellen op basis van data-analyse en procesinzichten
  • Meewerken aan toekomstige investerings- en optimalisatieprojecten

Samenwerking en projectwerking

  • Intensief samenwerken met productie, kwaliteit, engineering, R&D en andere interne stakeholders
  • Bewaken van projectvoortgang en technische doelstellingen
  • Organiseren en leiden van projectmeetings waar nodig
  • Actief bijdragen aan een cultuur van continue verbetering
  • Masterdiploma in Chemie, Chemische Technologie, Bio-ingenieurswetenschappen of gelijkwaardig
  • Sterke interesse in industriële chemische processen
  • Kennis van risicoanalyses, procesvalidatie en procesveiligheid
  • Analytisch sterk met een oplossingsgerichte mindset
  • Resultaatgericht en gedreven door continue verbetering
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en goede planning
  • Vlot kunnen werken met data, analyses en rapporteringen
  • Teamplayer die vlot samenwerkt met diverse stakeholders
  • Ervaring met het leiden van projectmeetings is een troef
  • Stressbestendig en in staat om meerdere projecten gelijktijdig te beheren
  • Vloeiende kennis van Nederlands en Engels
  • Bereid om sporadisch te reizen naar andere vestigingen binnen Europa
