Deze onderneming uit regio Ieper is actief in de circulaire metaaleconomie. Met meer dan 600 medewerkers, levert deze organisatie aan grote industriële spelers, onder meer in de machinebouw en de automotive-sector. Je komt terecht in een team waar vakmanschap en technische precisie centraal staan. Om hun productieteam uit te breiden, gaan ze op zoek naar een gedreven Procesingenieur.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Process Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige technische traject van nieuwe en bestaande CNC-producten, van de eerste maakbaarheidsanalyse tot een stabiel en gevalideerd productieproces
  • Je voert maakbaarheidsanalyses en offertecalculaties uit voor nieuwe en bestaande CNC-producten
  • Daarnaast programmeer en optimaliseer je CNC-machines voor een stabiel en efficiënt productieproces
  • Samen met collega's uit productie, kwaliteit en engineering selecteer je de juiste opspanningen, gereedschappen en meetmiddelen
  • Bovendien begeleid en valideer je nieuwe producten en productieprocessen, van testfase tot volledige implementatie
  • Ook leid je medewerkers op de werkvloer op en stel je heldere werkinstructies en productiedocumentatie op
  • Verder werk je actief mee aan het reduceren van cyclustijden en productiekosten, alsook aan investerings- en optimalisatieprojecten
  • Je behaalde een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in een technische richting, bij voorkeur Elektromechanica
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in productie, CNC-bewerkingen en procesoptimalisatie
  • Ervaring met CAD/CAM, Siemens NX, CNC is een mooie troef
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands
