Bij Konnekt zijn we op zoek naar een Procesingenieur.

Onze klant is een sterk groeiend Belgisch productiebedrijf dat de voorbije jaren fors heeft geïnvesteerd in innovatieve productieprocessen en verdere automatisering. Vanuit hun moderne productieomgeving in regio Kortrijk zetten zij volop in op capaciteitsuitbreiding, continue verbetering en technologische innovatie. Om deze groei verder te ondersteunen, kijken zij uit naar een Procesingenieur die een sleutelrol wil opnemen binnen de verdere optimalisatie van hun productieprocessen.

Functieomschrijving Als Procesingenieur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren, optimaliseren en verder ontwikkelen van verschillende productieprocessen. Je combineert technische expertise met een pragmatische aanpak en werkt nauw samen met productie, maintenance, R&D en engineering.

Jouw takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Het analyseren en optimaliseren van bestaande productieprocessen.
  • Het initiëren en begeleiden van continuous improvement-projecten.
  • Het verhogen van OEE, betrouwbaarheid en procesefficiëntie.
  • Het uitwerken en begeleiden van CAPEX- en investeringsprojecten.
  • Het ondersteunen bij de implementatie van nieuwe productielijnen en technische installaties.
  • Het analyseren van procesdata en vertalen van resultaten naar concrete verbeteracties.
  • Het samenwerken met productie, maintenance, R&D en externe machinebouwers.
  • Het begeleiden van projecten van conceptfase tot implementatie.
  • Je beschikt over een Masterdiploma in een technische richting, zoals Elektromechanica, Chemische Technologie of Industriële Wetenschappen.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 à 4 jaar ervaring binnen een productie- of procesomgeving.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met procesoptimalisatie, productieprocessen en industriële installaties.
  • Ervaring met continuous improvement, OEE of CAPEX-projecten vormt een sterke meerwaarde.
  • Je combineert een analytische blik met een pragmatische en hands-on aanpak.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands (niveau C2) en Engels.
