Bijna alles wat jij online koopt, wordt via PostNL bij je thuis bezorgd. Het is namelijk zo dat PostNL meer dan 500.000 pakketten per dag bezorgd! Als procesmanager stuur jij zelfstandig het proces van dienst aan op het depot en bewaak je de dagelijkse uitvoering van processen rondom kwaliteit en kosten. Daarnaast stuur jij een team van subcontractors en chaffeurs aan. Als procesmanager is het ook belangrijk dat je actief bijdraagt aan een goede samenwerking en communicatie tussen iedereen die werkzaam is op een Depot: zo wordt het vertrouwen en de betrokkenheid van de medewerkers gestimuleerd! Jouw taken: - Het coördineren en controleren van het operationele proces van dienst op het depot - Zorg dragen voor het naleven van wet- en regelgeving, veiligheidsvoorschriften, huis- en gedragsregels en managementsystemen; - Het voeren van voortgang- en functioneringsgesprekken met pakketbezorgers en sorteermedewerkers; - Zorg dragen in- en uitvoer van de opleiding en bijscholing van pakketbezorgers of sorteermedewerkers; - Het verlagen en beheersen van het ziekteverzuim van medewerkers; - Het optimaliseren van de personeelsinzet; - Zorg dragen voor de planning.
