Werk in de nacht, tegen een extra toeslag van 40%! Voordat een kaart door de brievenbus wordt geschoven, heeft hij er al een lange reis opzitten. Alleen al in het postsorteercentrum maakt de kaart vier processen mee. En je raadt het al: als fulltime proces manager bij PostNL in Amsterdam zorg jij ervoor dat het grootste proces van deze vier vlekkeloos verloopt. De teamleiders, operators en productiemedewerkers zijn allemaal verantwoordelijk voor hun eigen deel van het sorteerproces. Jij stuurt hen weer aan. Zodat het proces van A tot Z tiptop in orde is, alle doelstellingen worden gehaald en eventuele problemen in het proces snel worden opgelost. Maar met jouw leidinggevende ervaring moet dit geen probleem zijn. Training en werkdagen Ervaring is dus zeker belangrijk, maar eind november krijg je ook een betaalde training zodat je precies weet hoe PostNL te werk gaat. Daarna ga je in december aan de slag als fulltime procesmanager. Voor 5 nachten per week. Dit doe je van maandag/dinsdag tot en met vrijdag/zaterdag, in nachtdiensten. Hiervoor ontvang je natuurlijk een nachttoeslag van 40%! Je begint vaak rond 23:00u en je shift eindigt om 07:00u. Wat wij bieden - Een tijdelijke baan als fulltime procesmanager bij PostNL voor minimaal 5 nachten per week; - Een bruto-uurloon van € 18,44 . - Reiskostenvergoeding; - Een betaalde training in november; - Een toeslag van 40% voor het werken in de nacht. Wat wij vragen - Minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau; - Je hebt leidinggevende ervaring, het liefst binnen een logistieke functie; - Je bent eind november beschikbaar voor de training en heel december 5 nachten per week bes...
