We reageren meestal binnen een week Jouw uitdaging Als procesmanager Inbound ben je het aanspreekpunt van de afdeling voor alle processen welke plaatsvinden in de Inbound keten van Royal FloraHolland. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het standaardiseren, continu verbeteren en implementeren van processen welke horen bij de Inbound processen. Hierin ben je actief in contact met de verschillende stakeholders en zorg je ervoor dat van start tot borging van de verschillende projecten de juiste stappen worden genomen om de operatie te ontzorgen. Hierin ben je afwisselend verantwoordelijk voor het project, opdrachtgever voor de proces experts van de afdeling of project lid in projecten van andere afdelingen. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor alle processen welke plaatsvinden in de Inbound keten. - Vertalen van de potentiële verbeteringen naar concrete voorstellen. De verbeterprojecten leid je zelfstandig van Business Case tot daadwerkelijk implementeren. Hierbij werk je nauw samen met o.a. proces expert, collega's van de operationele afdelingen, data analisten en applicatiebeheerders om zo tot de meest optimale oplossing te komen; - Borgen van de afgesproken standaard werkwijzen op alle 3 de locaties van Royal FloraHolland; - Meewerken aan de implementatie van de verschillende IT projecten. - Iedere kans op procesverbetering signaleren, groot of klein, en deze met opgestroopte mouwen aanpakken; - Veelvuldig contact met stakeholders om draagvlak creëren voor je plannen.
