Als Procesmanager Bestaande Bouw ben jij de spil in het optimaliseren en aansturen van renovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat processen soepel verlopen, teams effectief samenwerken en projecten binnen planning en budget worden opgeleverd. Je werkt nauw samen met uitvoerders, projectleiders en specialisten om de kwaliteit en efficiëntie continu te verbeteren. Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en zorg je voor heldere communicatie tussen alle betrokken partijen. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het optimaliseren en standaardiseren van werkprocessen binnen renovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten; - Het aansturen en coachen van projectteams en uitvoerders op de bouwplaats; - Het bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit van lopende projecten; - Het fungeren als schakel tussen opdrachtgevers, bewoners en interne teams; - Het identificeren van verbeterpunten en het implementeren van nieuwe werkwijzen; - Het bijdragen aan de verdere professionalisering en digitalisering van processen; - Het zorgen voor naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitsnormen.
