Op het hoofdkantoor in Veghel komen alle strategische, commerciële en logistieke lijnen van de organisatie samen. Jouw werk als Medewerker Procesmanager In deze functie help je mee met de belangrijke overgang van AFAS naar SAP, die op het punt staat om geïmplementeerd te worden. Dit doe je niet alleen: je komt terecht in een hecht team van 5 gedreven collega's, met wie je heel nauw samenwerkt. Samen met jouw team, procesmanagers, key users en collega's uit de business zorg je ervoor dat nieuwe processen goed worden beschreven. Je werkt werkinstructies uit, ondersteunt bij SAP-tests en draagt bij aan het ontwikkelen van trainingsmateriaal voor jouw collega's. Begeleiding en uitvoering Je bent een onmisbare schakel in het begeleiden van gebruikers tijdens het wennen aan deze veranderingen. Je legt hen stap-voor-stap uit wat er in hun werkproces verandert en helpt teams op weg met nieuwe manieren van werken. Jouw taak is om ervoor te zorgen dat processen niet alleen op papier kloppen, maar ook in de praktijk goed werken voor de klanten in de horeca en food service.
