Werk in december als fulltime procesmanager bij PostNL in Rotterdam. Wat ga je doen? Als fulltime procesmanager bij PostNL in Rotterdam ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de hoeveelheid post die dagelijks verwerkt wordt. Je houdt de targets in de gaten en signaleert eventuele storingen en verbeterpunten. Daarnaast geef jij leiding aan de teamleiders, operators en productiemedewerkers. Dit is een team van zo'n vijftig man per shift. Bang om direct in het diepe te worden gegooid, hoef je niet te zijn. In november volg je een betaalde training bij PostNL zodat jij voorbereid aan de slag kan. Tijdens deze training leer je de ins en outs van het proces kennen en leer jij hoe je deze processen het beste kunt begeleiden. Werkdagen in december Jij werkt als fulltime procesmanager bij PostNL maandag tot en met zaterdag, in de maand december. Jouw werkdag begint om 07:30 uur en rond 17:00 uur sluit je weer af. Als je na de feestdagen aan het werk wilt blijven, helpen we je daar natuurlijk graag bij. We hebben allerlei interessante vacatures bij jou in de buurt.
