Als procesmanager bij Medische ICT (MICT) ligt jouw focus op servicemanagement. Samen met twee andere procesmanagers werk je aan het verbeteren van processen en het maken van heldere afspraken met afdelingen en leveranciers. Je krijgt ruimte om te pionieren, initiatief te nemen en verbeteringen samen met collega's in de praktijk te brengen. Procesmanager MICT, dit ga je betekenen De afdeling MICT is binnen Bernhoven verantwoordelijk voor de betrouwbaarheid en veiligheid van medische apparatuur en informatiesystemen, zowel voor de zorg als voor de bedrijfsvoering. Als procesmanager help je onze dienstverlening verder te ontwikkelen. Je overziet de keten van leverancier via MICT tot de afdelingen binnen Bernhoven en zorgt dat behoeften, mogelijkheden en afspraken goed op elkaar aansluiten. Je stelt dienstbeschrijvingen en serviceafspraken op, bewaakt de uitvoering en bespreekt de resultaten met leveranciers, afdelingen en MICT-collega's. Goed contact met leveranciers is daarbij essentieel: je houdt de lijnen kort, maakt verwachtingen duidelijk en spreekt elkaar aan op gemaakte afspraken. Ook binnen Bernhoven stem je met afdelingen af welke ondersteuning nodig is en wat zij van MICT kunnen verwachten. Je signaleert knelpunten, vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeteringen en volgt op of die het gewenste resultaat opleveren. Naast servicemanagement kun je worden gevraagd om andere processen binnen MICT te verbeteren. Wat zet je in Je combineert inzicht in processen met een praktische aanpak. Je luistert, vraagt door en brengt mensen bij elkaar om tot werkbare afspraken te komen. Met jouw kennis van servicemanagement, SLA's en leveranciersmanagement geef je richting aan het verbeteren van onze dienstverlening.
