Als Procesmanager Incident & Problem Management bij Centric Services transformeer je onze processen naar een centrale standaard in ServiceNow. Je pakt de regie bij major incidents, elimineert (proactief) structurele problemen en bouwt mee aan onze interne MSP. Iets voor jou? Wat jij doet Als Procesmanager Incident & Problem Management ben jij de regisseur van onze operationele stabiliteit. Je neemt de leiding in het transformeren van onze flexibele operationaliteit naar een centraal gestuurd, voorspelbaar proces binnen ServiceNow. Jij zorgt dat incidenten niet alleen snel worden opgelost, maar dat we door scherpe trendanalyses én proactieve risicosignalering de structurele oorzaken (problems) definitief elimineren voordat ze impact hebben op de business. Je staat stevig in je schoenen en acteert als een volwaardig sparringpartner op operationeel en tactisch niveau. Vanuit een helder procesmandaat stuur je functioneel - en dus puur op basis van overtuigingskracht en stakeholdermanagement - op de proces-compliance binnen de teams van Cloud, End User en Application Services. Alleen bij de escalatie naar een Major Incident transformeert jouw rol: op dat moment pak je de volledige regie en hanteer je de noodzakelijke doorzettingsmacht om herstelbesluiten te forceren en rust te brengen. Jouw focus ligt hierbij exclusief op het Incident- en Problem-domein; Change & Release Management is elders belegd.
