Jij neemt de regie over de processen binnen het Design, Build, Finance & Maintain (DBFM)-contract en zorgt ervoor dat we voldoen aan alle contractuele verplichtingen in de Maintenance-fase. In jouw rol stuur je mensen aan, bewaak je de voortgang en kwaliteit en zorg je voor een optimale samenwerking binnen het projectteam. Herleidbaar en aantoonbaar werken is voor jou vanzelfsprekend, en met jouw motto 'Morgen moet beter dan vandaag' inspireer je het team om continu te verbeteren. Je onderhoudt duurzame relaties met opdrachtgevers zoals de manager projectbeheersing en voert audits uit, waaronder Prestatie Meetsysteem Audits, om de kwaliteit en prestaties te blijven waarborgen. Een rol met enorme impact waarvoor jouw expertise en leiderschap onmisbaar zijn. Functie-eisen Wij zoeken een Procesmanager met een scherp oog voor detail en een natuurlijke aanleg voor leiderschap. In deze uitdagende rol vragen we: - Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting van civiele techniek of projectmanagement. - 5 jaar ervaring met het managen van contracten in een infrastructurele of technische omgeving. - Ervaring met DBFM-contracten is een sterke pré. - Kennis van contractmanagementprocessen, inclusief het uitvoeren van audits. - Uitstekende vaardigheden in stakeholdermanagement en communicatie, met een klantgerichte aanpak.
