Procesmodelleur ARIS Nederlandse Spoorwegen Omschrijving opdracht Dit ga je doen Gezocht wordt een procesmodelleur / procesanalist voor het bedrijfsonderdeel Netwerk Ontwikkeling & Ontwerp. De opdrachtnemer analyseert, beschrijft en modelleert processen in ARIS conform BPMN-, ARIS- en NS-conventies, faciliteert stakeholders, en borgt aansluiting op het NS-hoofdprocesmodel. De opdrachtnemer en levert actuele en gevalideerde procesbeschrijvingen en procesmodellen op, die bruikbaar zijn voor besturing, spoorwegveiligheid, compliance, audits en procesverbetering. Werkzaamheden: - Ondersteunen bij procesinventarisaties en interviews - Uitwerken van procesflows in BPMN - Vastleggen en actualiseren van processen in ARIS - Verwerken van reviewcommentaar - Voorbereiden van workshops en werksessies - Opstellen van voortgangs- en actielijsten Hier ga je werken De afdeling Netwerkontwikkeling en -Ontwerp (NO) is binnen NS Reizigers verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en plannen van de treindienst van NS. Via onze dienstregeling zorgen wij daarmee voor het aanbod van meer dan een miljoen treinreizigers per dag. Zo maken wij Nederland duurzaam bereikbaar, nu en in de toekomst. In deze opdracht zal je met experts van verschillende bedrijfsonderdelen samenwerken, zoals business analisten, procesmodelleurs en experts binnen het Centre of Excellence. Er zijn geen vaste kantoordagen, maar de meeste collega's werken op dinsdag en donderdag op kantoor in Utrecht. Dit zijn de eisen - HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau - Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare ervaring met procesanalyse en procesmodellering - Ervaring met ARIS is een vereiste - Je beschikt over ervaring bij soortgelijke, complexe bedrijven als NS (minimaal 5000 plus werkplekken) - Sterke analytische, advies- en communicatieve vaardigheden - Je bent samenwerkingsgericht en resultaatgericht - Je bent zelfstandig inzetbaar en in staat om snel structuur aan te brengen - Je hebt een uitstekende beheersin...
