Over Waterschap de Dommel Waterschap De Dommel is een overheidsorganisatie verantwoordelijk voor het waterbeheer in Midden-Brabant. Wij werken procesgericht om waterveiligheid, schoon water en voldoende water te garanderen. Onze organisatie bestaat uit een algemeen bestuur en een dagelijks bestuur, waarmee we samen richting geven aan het beleid en de uitvoering van onze taken. Met deze gestructureerde aanpak zorgen we voor efficiënt beheer van water, afvalwater en natuur in een veranderend klimaat. Opdracht Wil jij werk doen dat ertoe doet? Bij Waterschap De Dommel zoeken we een medewerker procesondersteuning externe planvorming die samenwerkingen met externe partners soepel laat verlopen en overzicht brengt in een dynamische bestuurlijke omgeving. Jij zorgt dat overleggen goed zijn voorbereid, afspraken worden opgevolgd en informatie op de juiste plek terechtkomt. Zo lever je direct een bijdrage aan de watertransitie en aan een sterke samenwerking met onze partners. Wat ga je doen? - Je organiseert en ondersteunt overlegstructuren met externe partners op ambtelijk, management- en bestuurlijk niveau. - Je stelt conceptagenda’s op, stemt deze af met voorzitters en zorgt voor een goede verslaglegging en opvolging van afspraken. - Je beheert documenten en samenwerkingsomgevingen, zoals Teams en SharePoint, en zorgt dat informatie actueel, toegankelijk en goed geordend is. - Je ondersteunt bij interne en externe overleggen, bestuurlijke bijeenkomsten en evenementen. - Je helpt nieuwe afspraken, werkwijzen en samenwerkingsafspraken goed te laten landen in de praktijk. Je werkt voor verschillende samenwerkingsverbanden en werkeenheden, zoals regionale samenwerkingstrajecten, thematische.
