Van marathons en festivals tot lokale evenementen: achter iedere succesvolle inzet van het Rode Kruis staat een goede voorbereiding. Als Procesondersteuner Hulpverlening zorg jij ervoor dat onze evenementenhulp soepel verloopt. Je ondersteunt vrijwilligers, houdt overzicht over processen en zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen goed geregeld is. Daarmee lever je een directe bijdrage aan veilige evenementen én aan de hulpverlening van het Rode Kruis. Wat kan je verwachten? Als Procesondersteuner Hulpverlening ben jij de ondersteuner voor de evenementenhulp binnen regio Zuid-Hollandse Delta. Je werkt samen met de Coördinator Hulpverlening evenementenhulp bij het organiseren en monitoren van de evenementen, met een focus op het administratieve en uitvoerende onderdeel. Je schakelt veel met vrijwillige locatie coördinatoren binnen de regio en begeleidt het vrijwillige administratieve team. Je maakt deel uit van het regio beroepsteam dat bestaat uit vijftien medewerkers. Je rapporteert aan de betrokken teamleider binnen de regio. Wat ga je doen? Je ondersteunt de evenementenhulp van voorbereiding tot afronding en zorgt ervoor dat processen efficiënt en zorgvuldig verlopen. Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden: Administratieve ondersteuning van de evenementenhulp - Je voert intakegesprekken met organisatoren. - Je stelt risicoanalyses en offertes op. - Je ondersteunt bij de werving van hulpverleners. - Je verzorgt inzetbrieven, draaiboeken en de administratieve verwerking van zorgcontactformulieren. Opleiden en begeleiden van het vrijwillig administratieteam - Je werkt nieuwe vrijwilligers in en begeleidt hen in hun werkzaamheden. - Je zorgt voor een goede werkverdeling en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vrage...
