Logo Nederlandse Rode Kruis - Procesondersteuner Onderdak 24 uur per week | standplaats Den Haag Wil jij een bijdrage leveren aan het organiseren van tijdelijke noodhulp aan dak- en thuisloze mensen in Nederland? Ben je een administratieve en faciliterende alleskunner en werk je graag in een team dat zich inzet voor mensen in een kwetsbare situatie? Dan is deze baan iets voor jou. Wat kan je verwachten? Het Rode Kruis helpt onder andere mensen die geen plek hebben om te slapen, maar die begeleiding krijgen om bijvoorbeeld een opvangplek, logeeradres of woning te vinden. Het Rode Kruis kan dan tijdelijk noodovernachtingen in een hotel bieden. Je wordt aangestuurd door de Productmanager Onderdak en werkt samen met veel verschillende collega's. Zo sta je in nauw contact met de Coördinatoren Hulpverlening in de regio's en neem je zo nodig tijdelijk waar voor je collega procesondersteuners van het project Boodschappenkaarten. Daarnaast heb je veel contact met mensen buiten de organisatie; van hotels tot maatschappelijke organisaties tot gemeenten. Geen dag is hetzelfde; het ene moment ben je aan puzzelen bij welke casus die onduidelijke factuur nu precies hoort, het andere moment zorg je ervoor dat een overeenkomst met een hotel wordt ondertekend en gearchiveerd, of bel je met een samenwerkingspartner om na te vragen of het is gelukt een opvangplek te vinden voor iemand die in het hotel is geplaatst. Wat ga je doen? Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse uitvoering van de onderdak hulpverlening. Dit is een nieuwe rol b innen een programma dat volop in ontwikkeling is. Samen met alle betrokken collega's denken we na over de vraag hoe we dingen beter kunnen organiseren. Er is hierbij ook zeker ruimte voor jouw inbreng en ideeën. Je taken zijn onder andere: - Diverse (financieel) administratieve werkzaamheden, zoals het verwerken van de facturen van hotels en het geven van opdracht voor doorfacturatie aan derden. - Organiseren en notuleren ...
