Utrecht Meer details Procesondersteuner Team Energie Profiel Onze opdrachtgever is op zoek naar een procesondersteuner die zorgt voor een soepele en tijdige afhandeling van administratieve en procesmatige werkzaamheden binnen een energieteam. Je ondersteunt collega's bij de verwerking van aanvragen, het beheren van informatiestromen en het bewaken van overzicht in een dynamische werkomgeving. In deze functie werk je nauw samen met toezichthouders, vergunningverleners en de coördinator van het team. Je verwerkt gegevens in verschillende systemen, houdt mailboxen bij en signaleert waar processen efficiënter kunnen worden ingericht. Met jouw nauwkeurige en proactieve werkwijze zorg je ervoor dat het team optimaal wordt ondersteund en administratieve processen betrouwbaar en gestructureerd verlopen. Zo lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de dagelijkse uitvoering van werkzaamheden binnen het domein energie en duurzaamheid. Vereisten - Mbo werk- en denkniveau - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als procesondersteuner of backofficemedewerker - Ervaring binnen een overheids- of semioverheidsorganisatie is een pré - Ervaring met het zaaksysteem PowerBrowser is een pré - Goede beheersing van Microsoft Office - Nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en proactief - Sterke communicatieve en digitale vaardigheden - Goed overzicht kunnen bewaren en gestructureerd werken Bedrijfsprofiel Onze opdrachtgever is een publieke organisatie die zich inzet voor een veilige, gezonde en duurzame leefomgeving.
