Deze organisatie opereert binnen de food-sector en specialiseert zich in de vervaardiging van voedingsingrediënten voor zakelijke klanten. Veiligheid en voedselveiligheid staan centraal in de productieomgeving. Gestructureerde procedures en kwaliteitssystemen zijn onderdeel van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. In Breda worden productieprocessen continu gemonitord en verbeterd om efficiëntie en productkwaliteit te waarborgen. Medewerkers werken nauw samen met technische teams en dragen bij aan onderhoud, reiniging en optimalisatie van machines en randapparatuur. Er is aandacht voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling met opleidings- en ontwikkeltrajecten. De productie vindt plaats in een 5-ploegensysteem waarbij discipline en het volgen van procedures belangrijk zijn. Het salaris ligt tussen €2600 en €4000 per maand, afhankelijk van werkervaring en kwalificaties. Je hebt verantwoordelijkheid voor kwaliteitscontroles, procesbewaking en verbeterprojecten die de efficiëntie en veiligheid verhogen. Functie-inhoud - Je voert en bewaakt productieprocessen. - Je maakt machines en randapparatuur bedrijfsklaar en start de productie volgens werkreceptuur. - Je bedient, stelt in en controleert machines en randapparatuur en neemt monsters voor kwaliteitsanalyses. - Je voert administratieve taken uit, zoals het openen en sluiten van productieorders en het bijhouden van verbruikte materialen. - Je signaleert afwijkingen en verstoorders, analyseert trends en geeft instructies aan technische ondersteuning. - Je ondersteunt bij reinigings- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden en neemt deel aan verbeter- en ontwikkeltrajecten. Functie-eisen - MBO Procesoperator niveau 3 of 4, VAPRO B of C, of vergelijkbare relevante werkervaring. - Technisch inzicht en degelijke technische onderhoudsvaardigheden. - Ervaring met productieprocessen in de food-sector en kennis van kwaliteitssystemen. - Bereidheid om in een 5-ploegenrooster te werken en flexibel inzetbaar te zijn. - Vaardig in het uitvoeren van procescontrole.

- MBO Procesoperator niveau 3 of 4, VAPRO B of C, of vergelijkbare relevante werkervaring. - Technisch inzicht en degelijke technische onderhoudsvaardigheden. - Ervaring met productieprocessen in de food-sector en kennis van kwaliteitssystemen. - Bereidheid om in een 5-ploegenrooster te werken en flexibel inzetbaar te zijn. - Vaardig in het uitvoeren van procescontroles, trendanalyses en het invullen van controlelijsten. - Beheersing van Nederlands in woord en geschrift; Engels is een pré.
