De organisatie produceert voor verschillende diercategorieën en richt zich op procesoptimalisatie, efficiency en strikte kwaliteitscontroles. Het team werkt met moderne en grotendeels computergestuurde installaties waarmee dagelijks grondstoffen worden gecontroleerd, verwerkt en afgewerkt tot het eindproduct. De werkvloer kenmerkt zich door korte communicatielijnen tussen operators en leidinggevenden en een praktijkgerichte aanpak bij inwerken en opleiding. Medewerkers krijgen ruimte om technische en procesvaardigheden te ontwikkelen via on-the-job training en gerichte vakopleidingen, zodat personeel kan doorgroeien naar allround functies binnen de procesindustrie. Veiligheid, hygiëne en het volgen van het kwaliteitshandboek zijn leidend bij alle werkzaamheden, daarbij hoort ook het uitvoeren van eerstelijns onderhoud en het rapporteren van afwijkingen. De functie is fulltime in een ploegendienstmodel met duidelijke opleidingsmogelijkheden en doorgroeikansen binnen de maakindustrie. In deze rol ligt het salaris tussen €2600 - €4500 per maand afhankelijk van ervaring en competenties. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient en optimaliseert de productie-installaties van deze organisatie. - Je bedient en monitort grotendeels computergestuurde productielijnen. - Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit op grondstoffen en eindproducten en stuurt processen bij waar nodig. - Je verricht eerstelijns onderhoud en lost kleine storingen op. - Je registreert productiegegevens en meldt afwijkingen aan de leidinggevende. - Je zorgt voor orde, netheid en naleving van het kwaliteitshandboek op de werkplek. - Je werkt op meerdere productielijnen met mixers, transportbanden, pompen, droog- en verpakkingsinstallaties. - Je monitort en stelt procesparameters bij via PLC/SCADA en stelt recepten in volgens werkinstructie. - Je voert eerste lijn foutanalyses ui.

- Afgeronde opleiding of werk- en denkniveau op MBO 3 niveau of gelijkwaardige ervaring. - 1-3 jaar relevante werkervaring als procesoperator of soortgelijke functie is gewenst. - Goed proces-technisch inzicht en technisch inzicht in productielijnen. - Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel spreken als lezen. - Bereidheid om te werken in een 3-ploegenrooster. - Basisvaardigheden in eerstelijns onderhoud en controlewerkzaamheden. - Resultaatgericht, leergierig en communicatief vaardig.
