Dit productiebedrijf maakt composietproducten op basis van aangeleverde grondstoffen en verwerkt deze tot verwerkbare onderdelen voor verdere bewerking. De organisatie werkt in een productieomgeving waarin medewerkers verantwoordelijk zijn voor meng- en verwerkingsprocessen en voor het nemen van monsters voor de kwaliteitsafdeling. In Hapert draaien operators in 2 ploegen aan het meng- en verwerkingsproces en voeren zij eerste lijns onderhoud en kleine storingsoplossingen uit. Veiligheid en netheid van de machines zijn onderdeel van het dagelijkse werk en er wordt gewerkt volgens vastgestelde werkprocedures en kwaliteitscontroles. Het bedrijf biedt medewerkers kansen voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling via trainingen en opleidingen en stimuleert interne doorgroeimogelijkheden naar meer verantwoordelijke functies. Verder is er een winstdelingsregeling en een pensioenregeling aanwezig en organiseert de organisatie een jaarlijks personeelsfeest voor alle collega’s. Bij fulltime dienstverband zijn er 27 vakantiedagen en bestaat er een toeslag op het salaris ter waarde van 13 adv dagen. De ploegentoeslag bedraagt 20% voor werk in 2 ploegen en er zijn mogelijkheden om creatief bij te dragen aan procesverbeteringen in de productielocatie in Hapert.
