Ontwikkeling vindt niet alleen plaats op het gebied van de bedrijfsvoering, maar ook op het gebied van ontplooiing van de eigen medewerkers. Er wordt veel geïnvesteerd in scholing en er zijn complete trajecten beschikbaar op het gebied van doorgroeimogelijkheden. Dit bedrijf staat bekend als een van de topwerkgevers uit de regio en er is voldoende (technische) uitdaging op alle niveaus! Als Procesoperator bedien en stel je de machines en productielijnen in zodat het productieproces te allen tijde goed verloopt. Functie-inhoud - Het controleren en instellen van procesinstellingen - Toezien op het correct functioneren van de machines en installaties - Opstarten, instellen en omstellen van de machines - Beslissen over de procesvoering met als doel een juiste afstemming tussen product, proces en installatie - Invoeren en controleren van de juiste waardes in de machines - Ondersteunen bij procesverstoringen - Verbeteringen aanbrengen in het machinepark - Deelname aan periodiek werkoverleg en actief betrokken zijn Functie-eisen - Afgeronde MBO-opleiding in de richting van Procestechniek, Vapro A/B of Algemene Operationele Techniek (AOT) - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Procesoperator, bij voorkeur in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie - Bereidheid om te werken in een 3- of 5-ploegensysteem - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift Wij bieden - Basissalaris tussen de €3.575 - €5.215 bruto per maand - Goede toeslagen voor het werken in een ploegensysteem - Uitstekend pakket aan secundair.
