Voor een innovatieve productieomgeving in de regio Dendermonde zijn wij op zoek naar een Procesoperator . Je komt terecht in een hoogtechnologische omgeving waar geen massaproductie plaatsvindt, maar waar kwaliteit, precisie en vakmanschap centraal staan. De producten die hier worden gemaakt, vinden hun weg naar sectoren waar betrouwbaarheid essentieel is. Dat betekent dat jouw werk elke dag een belangrijke schakel vormt binnen een bijzonder productieproces.

Als procesoperator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen en bewaken van verschillende chemische processen. Je zorgt ervoor dat elke stap correct verloopt, controleert de kwaliteit en grijpt in wanneer nodig. Daarnaast werk je met geautomatiseerde installaties, voer je controles uit en help je mee om de productielijnen optimaal te laten draaien. Je krijgt een uitgebreide opleiding, zodat je alle processen stap voor stap leert kennen. Motivatie en technisch inzicht zijn daarom belangrijker dan ervaring binnen de sector.

Je werkt in een warme productieomgeving waar veiligheid en nauwkeurigheid hand in hand gaan. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat elk product voldoet aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen. Geen dag is identiek en je blijft voortdurend bijleren.

Wat verwachten wij van jou:

  • Je hebt technisch inzicht of ervaring als proces-, productie- of lijnoperator.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bent niet bang om de handen uit de mouwen te steken.
  • Je kan vlot met een computer werken en volgt instructies nauwkeurig op.
