Je werkt met geautomatiseerde lijnen en moderne productieoplossingen en richt je op efficiënte en veilige maakprocessen. De productielocatie in Helmond focust op continuïteit in productie en op het bewaken van kwaliteit tijdens verschillende productiestappen. Jij voert dagelijkse werkzaamheden uit rondom bediening van installaties, procesbewaking en kwaliteitscontroles. De organisatie hecht waarde aan een professionele en praktische aanpak waarbij techniek en operationele taken samenkomen. Er is aandacht voor scholing en ontwikkeling zodat je kunt doorgroeien naar meer technische of leidinggevende rollen. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient en bewaakt meerdere productielijnen en waarborgt productkwaliteit. - Je bedient en stuurt maal-, meng- en perslijnen en rapporteert afwijkingen. - Je neemt grondstoffen in en controleert de juiste aantallen en kwaliteit bij ontvangst. - Je bewaakt voorraadniveaus van grondstoffen en signaleert tijdig tekorten. - Je stelt apparatuur en installaties in vanaf de controlekamer of direct in het veld en voert afstellingen uit. - Je signaleert afwijkingen in het productieverloop en neemt corrigerende maatregelen. - Je voert eerstelijns onderhoud uit zoals smeren, reinigen en kleine afstellingen en lost eenvoudige storingen zelfstandig op, waarbij je verantwoordelijk bent voor een complete productielijn. - Je stelt recepten en procesparameters in via PLC/SCADA en past parameters aan via operatorpanelen. - Je signaleert verbeterkansen en werkt mee aan kleine optimalisatieprojecten gericht op kwaliteit, uitval en energiegebruik. Functie-eisen - MBO-opleiding in een technische richting. - Ervaring in een productieproces of vergelijkbare functie is gewenst. - Je bent leergierig, ondernemend en ontwikkelingsgericht. - Je hebt interesse in moderne productietechnieken en kwaliteitsbeheersing. - Goede computerva.
