Het team werkt volgens vaste productieprocessen en maakt gebruik van extruders en ondersteunende apparatuur in een ploegendienstrooster om aan productienormen en klantenaantallen te voldoen. Je houdt je bezig met het voorbereiden van grondstoffen, het assembleren van premixen, het bedienen van machines, het uitvoeren van post-processing en het verpakken van eindproducten. Daarnaast behoren dagelijkse reiniging, preventief onderhoud en het naleven van veiligheidsprocedures tot jouw werkdag. Functie-inhoud - Je ondersteunt het productieproces en bedient apparatuur zoals extruders. - Je bereidt premixen en voert grondstoffen aan bij de extruders. - Je bedient en bewaakt de extruders en stuurt bij om productkwaliteit en procescontinuïteit te waarborgen. - Je voert post-processing uit en verzorgt het verpakken en gereedmaken van batches voor verzending. - Je voert dagelijkse reiniging en eenvoudige onderhoudstaken uit om de productie-omgeving veilig en efficiënt te houden. - Je voert procesmonitoring en parameterinstellingen uit, doet eerstelijns storingsanalyse en lost technische afwijkingen zelfstandig op waar mogelijk, en escaleert naar de technische dienst of ploegleider bij complexere problemen. Functie-eisen - MBO-niveau in Elektrotechniek, Procestechnologie of vergelijkba.
