Dit productiebedrijf opereert binnen de procesindustrie en richt zich op het vervaardigen en verpakken van producten voor uiteenlopende markten binnen de maakindustrie en food-sector. De organisatie werkt met grotendeels geautomatiseerde installaties en hecht veel waarde aan veilige werkomstandigheden, kwaliteit en een gestructureerd inwerkprogramma voor nieuwe medewerkers. Deze organisatie biedt een werkomgeving waar vakmanschap en ontwikkeling centraal staan en waar medewerkers worden opgeleid om zelfstandig en betrouwbaar productieprocessen te bedienen en te bewaken. Naast vakgerichte begeleiding zijn er duidelijke secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals 25 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantiegeld en een ploegentoeslag bij meerploegendiensten. Het salaris voor de functie ligt tussen €2600 en €4000 per maand en er zijn concrete doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen de productieomgeving. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient, bewaakt en optimaliseert productie-installaties en waarborgt productkwaliteit. - Je stuurt het productieproces bij vanuit de bedieningskamer en voert procesaanpassingen door wanneer nodig. - Je voert eerstelijns storings- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit en meldt complexere storingen tijdig. - Je neemt kwaliteitscontroles op grondstoffen en eindproducten en documenteert afwijkingen volgens het kwaliteitssysteem. - Je zorgt voor een veilige en nette werkplek en volgt procedures en werkvoorschriften. - Je monitort en bedient grotendeels geautomatiseerde lijnen met PLC/SCADA besturing en stelt recepten en procesparameters in bij productwissels. - Je werkt met installatie-onderdelen zoals menginstallaties, pompen, vervoersbanden en verpakkingslijnen en bent verantwoordelijk voor een complete productielijn tijdens je shift. - Je voert visuele controles en procesmetingen uit (temperatuur, druk, viscositeit) en neemt stalen voor laboratoriumanalyses bij afwijkingen. - Je signaleert verbetermogelijkheden voor output, kwaliteit en energiebesparing en werkt mee in kleine optimalisati.

- MBO-3 werk- en denkniveau of vergelijkbare technische opleiding. - Technisch inzicht en ervaring met het bedienen van productie-installaties of motivatie om intern opgeleid te worden. - Nauwkeurige manier van werken en gevoel voor productkwaliteit en veiligheid. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. - Bereidheid om in een 3- of 5-ploegendienst te werken. - Basiskennis van kwaliteits- en veiligheidsvoorschriften en het vermogen om procedures te volgen. - Probleemoplossend vermogen en initiatief bij eerstelijns onderhoud en storingsafhandeling.
