Dit bedrijf opereert binnen de food-sector en voert grootschalige procesmatige productieactiviteiten uit. De organisatie richt zich op het handhaven van stabiele productieprocessen en hecht veel waarde aan veiligheid, hygiëne en productkwaliteit tijdens alle fasen van de productie. Jij werkt op afdelingen waar procesbewaking, machinebediening en periodiek onderhoud dagelijkse taken zijn en waar praktische procesverbeteringen bijdragen aan hogere efficiëntie en minder storingen. Werken in deze rol gebeurt in een 5-ploegendienst waarbij flexibiliteit in werktijden vereist is en toeslagen van toepassing zijn. Het salaris ligt tussen €2600 en €4000 per maand en sluit aan bij de eisen van de functie en ervaring van de kandidaat. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient, controleert en stuurt de productielijn op jouw afdeling aan. - Je bedient en monitort technische installaties en grijpt direct in bij afwijkingen. - Je voert eerstelijns onderhoud uit en verhelpt kleine storingen. - Je rapporteert afwijkingen en draagt actief bij aan procesverbeteringen. - Je zorgt voor orde, netheid en voert schoonmaak- en controlewerkzaamheden uit. - Je voert procesmonitoring uit, stelt parameters bij en voert eerstelijns foutanalyse en kleine reparaties uit, complexe storingen escaleer je naar de technische dienst of ploegleider. Functie-eisen - MBO niveau 3 of 4, bij voorkeur een afgeronde Operatoropleiding. - Praktische ervaring in een productie- of procesomgeving is een pré. - Technisch inzicht en vaardigheid in bedienen en bijsturen van installaties. - Oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en hygiëne. - Zelfstandige werkhouding en goede samenwerking in teamverband. - Bereidheid om in 5-ploegendienst te werken. Wij bieden - Salaris: €2600 - €4000 per maand. - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar. - Toeslag voor 5-ploegendienst volgens cao. - Ruimte voor persoonlijke groei en opleiding. - Pensioenregeling en collectieve verzekeringen. - Reiskostenvergoeding en personeelskorting. - Opleidingsbudget van €1.500 pe.
