In Eerbeek worden op maat gemaakte verpakkingen vervaardigd en worden processen geoptimaliseerd voor eenvoudig in- en uitpakken. De productie omvat een breed scala aan papiersoorten en kwaliteiten en kent mogelijkheden voor combinaties met verschillende drukprocessen. Kwaliteitsmanagement en certificeringen spelen een belangrijke rol en de organisatie werkt volgens normen zoals ISO 9001, 140001, 50001 en BRC-Io P. De werkomgeving is een productieomgeving waar veiligheid en kwaliteit centraal staan en waar medewerkers volgens werkinstructies en kwaliteitscontroles produceren. In Eerbeek werken teams samen om procesoptimalisaties door te voeren, verspilling te verminderen en de functionaliteit van verpakkingen te waarborgen.
