De locatie is goed bereikbaar en biedt vaste arbeidsvoorwaarden en scholingskansen. Functie-inhoud - Je laat de productielijn soepel verlopen en behaalt kwaliteits- en veiligheidseisen. - Je bewaakt procesparameters en neemt directe corrigerende acties bij afwijkingen. - Je bedient en stelt machines en productiesystemen in om continuïteit en output te waarborgen. - Je monitort productielijnen, voert kwaliteitscontroles en procesmetingen uit; rapporteert afwijkingen en initieert verbeteringen. - Je lost storingen op en ondersteunt bij inregelen, omschakelingen en technische verbeteringen van de lijn. - Je geeft duidelijke overdracht aan collega’s bij werkoverdracht en werkt actief samen binnen het team om productie- en veiligheidsdoelen te behalen. Functie-eisen - MBO-opleiding of gelijkwaardig; bij voorkeur MBO in Voeding of Techniek. - Ervaring als machineoperator of procesoperator, bij voorkeur met productieprocessen. - Beschikbaarheid voor een 3-ploegendienst (ochtend, middag, nacht). - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. - Praktische technische vaardigheden en ervaring met kwaliteitscontroles en procesmetingen. - Zelfstandig kunnen werken, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en probleemoplossend vermogen. - Woonachtig in of rondom Rotterdam en bij voorkeur eigen vervoer.
