In Hardenberg ligt de nadruk op het borgen van productkwaliteit door nauwkeurige instellingen van machines, het uitvoeren van controles en het doorvoeren van kleine technische bijstellingen waar nodig. De organisatie investeert in opleidingen om medewerkers te laten groeien in hun vak en faciliteert praktijkgerichte trainingen om technische kennis te vergroten en afwijkingen sneller op te lossen. Functie-inhoud - Je stelt, bedient en bewaakt het extrusieproces. - Je stelt en bedient extrusiemachines volgens productievoorschriften. - Je bewaakt procesparameters en productkwaliteit. - Je signaleert en verhelpt kleine storingen en afwijkingen. - Je voert dagelijkse controles en overdrachten uit binnen de 3-ploegendienst. - Je monitort PLC-gestuurde extrusielijnen, stelt recepturen in en voert eerste-lijns storingsanalyse en aanpassingen uit. Functie-eisen - MBO-3 werk- en denkniveau of vergelijkbare opleiding. - Bereidheid om het VAPRO-B diploma te behalen of in bezit van VAPRO-B. - Ervaring met productieprocessen of bediening van productiemachines is een pre. - Nauwkeurig en kwaliteitgericht werken met oog voor procesbeheersing. - Oplossingsgericht handelen en rustig blijven onder druk in ploegendienst. - Bereidheid om in een 3-ploegendienst te werken en samen te werken in een team. Wij bieden - Salaris: €2600 - €4000 per maand. - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar. - 3-ploegendienst met p.
