Of het nu gaat om verven, coaten of finishen. Jij zorgt dat het klopt. Heb je niet met alle processen gewerkt? Geen probleem. Je leert het hier, stap voor stap. Tijdens je dienst ben jij de baas over jouw machine. Jij regelt: - de kwaliteit van het product; - het instellen, bijsturen en controleren van de lijn; - logistieke klusjes zoals aanvoer en afvoer; - eenvoudige administratie en schoonmaak; - een veilige werkplek – ook voor je collega’s

Je werkt met duidelijke regels voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en proces. Zo weet je precies waar je aan toe bent. Wat we jou bieden Naast persoonlijk contact - Een contract voor bepaalde tijd, met uitzicht op vast; - Een startsalaris tussen de €3.035 en €3.265 (inclusief ploegentoeslag); - 45 vrije dagen per jaar; - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per km (tussen 5 en 30 km enkele reis) - Een winstdelingsregeling, afhankelijk van resultaat; - Uitstekende pensioenregeling via MITT; - Een interne opleiding om verder te groeien in je vak.
