Jobomschrijving

De functie

Als Senior Procesoperator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de veilige, stabiele en efficiënte werking van een thermische regeneratie-installatie voor actieve kool, samen met alle ondersteunende systemen en utilities.

Je bewaakt en stuurt het volledige proces aan via DCS/SCADA, analyseert procesparameters en grijpt tijdig in bij afwijkingen. Daarnaast lever je een actieve bijdrage aan procesoptimalisatie, energie-efficiëntie, emissiebeheersing en maximale beschikbaarheid van de installatie.

Je combineert operationele verantwoordelijkheid met technische diepgang en fungeert als aanspreekpunt binnen het team voor procesinhoudelijke vragen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Continu monitoren, analyseren en bijsturen van kritische procesparameters zoals temperatuur, druk, debiet en emissies
  • Bedienen en opvolgen van oven, naverbrander, koeling, filtering, stoominstallatie en andere hulpsystemen
  • Correct reageren op alarmen en procesafwijkingen volgens vastgelegde procedures
  • Analyseren van trends en procesdata om preventief bij te sturen
  • Uitvoeren van eerstelijns onderhoud en dagelijkse inspecties
  • Registreren van proces- en onderhoudsgegevens in digitale systemen
  • Nauwgezet naleven van veiligheids-, milieu- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften
  • Correct opvolgen en registreren van materiaalstromen, hulpstoffen en afvalstromen
  • Meewerken aan procesverbeteringen, energie-optimalisatie en continue verbetering

Op senior niveau ondersteun je collega-operators, draag je kennis over en neem je actief deel aan verbeterinitiatieven en audits.

Jouw profiel

Je bent een ervaren procesoperator met een sterke technische basis en een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.

Wat je meebrengt

  • Aantoonbare ervaring als procesoperator in een industriële, thermische of chemische omgeving
  • Sterk inzicht in processturing en complexe installaties
  • Ervaring met DCS/SCADA-systemen
  • Basiskennis van mechanisch en elektrisch onderhoud
  • Analytisch denkvermogen en probleemoplossende ingesteldheid
  • Hoog veiligheids- en kwaliteitsbewustzijn
  • Nauwkeurig, stressbestendig en zelfstandig
  • Teamgericht en bereid om kennis te delen en collega’s te ondersteunen
