Als Operator bij een topbedrijf in Hapert ben jij de sleutel tot een efficiënte en veilige productie. Je bewaakt het proces, werkt met diverse technieken en methodes, en zorgt dat elke shift soepel verloopt. Samen met je team van Operators creëer je een kwalitatieve omgeving waar veiligheid en precisie voorop staat. En het mooie? Er zijn volop doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen het bedrijf! Dit ga je doen - Bedienen van meng- en afvulmachines volgens de voorgeschreven recepturen en batchkaarten; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles in samenwerking met de kwaliteitsafdeling en signaleren van afwijkingen; - Registreren van productiegegevens en bewaken van de voortgang van het proces; - Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren aan machines en hulpmiddelen om storingen te voorkomen; - Werken volgens strikte veiligheidsvoorschriften en zorgen voor een nette en geordende werkplek.

Je bent in het bezit van - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; - Ervaring in een productieomgeving is een pre; - Bereidheid om in een 2-ploegensysteem te werken; - Nauwkeurigheid en een proactieve werkhouding; - Teamspirit en de drive om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Dit krijg je ervoor terug - Salaris tussen €2800 en €3750 bruto per maand, inclusief 13% ploegentoeslag; - Werken in een open en familiaire werksfeer met veel doorgroeimogelijkheden; - 24 vakantiedagen en de mogelijkheid om een groot deel van de 13 ADV-dagen flexibel in te zetten; - Een dynamische werkomgeving waarin jouw ideeën en inzet worden gewaardeerd; - Een afwisselende functie waarin geen dag hetzelfde is.
