Ben jij een hands-on persoonlijkheid met enkele jaren ervaring binnen een rol als (proces)operator en zoek je een uitdagende functie in een 2-ploegenregime? Heb je ervaring in productie of binnen de voedingsindustrie én ben je in het bezit van een heftruckattest? Dan hebben wij dé job voor jou!

Voor een ambitieus familiebedrijf in de voedingssector zoeken we een gedreven procesoperator. Je start met een intensief opleidingstraject van zes maanden, waarin je alle kneepjes van het vak leert. Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitgieten van premixen in de juiste silo’s en neemt stalen die je vervolgens zal analyseren met het snelanalyse-toestel
  • Je voert dagelijks een fabrieksronde uit aan de hand van een overzichtelijke checklist en houdt alles scherp in de gaten
  • Veiligheid staat voorop: je draagt actief bij aan een veilige en gezonde werkomgeving voor het hele team
  • Je springt bij waar nodig en ondersteunt collega-operatoren, zodat zij zich volledig kunnen focussen op eindproducten van topkwaliteit
  • Daarnaast pak je diverse polyvalente taken op binnen de het hoogtechnologisch machinepark, met als mooi perspectief: doorgroeien naar volwaardige procesoperator!
  • Je bent een hands-on operator met enkele jaren ervaring op de teller binnen een gelijkaardige rol
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een heftruckattest en bent klaar om direct de handen uit de mouwen te steken
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, wat essentieel is voor een veilige en vlotte samenwerking met het team
