Deze organisatie opereert binnen de feed industrie en houdt zich bezig met de productie van grondstoffen en samengestelde voeders voor de agrarische sector in een industriële omgeving. Met geautomatiseerde productielijnen staan procesbeheersing, hygiëne en kwaliteitscontrole centraal. Jij voert dagelijkse controles en metingen uit, beheert grondstofstromen en zorgt dat apparatuur en installaties correct worden ingesteld en onderhouden. Voor een Procesoperator geldt een salarisrange van €2750 - €3950 bruto per maand afhankelijk van ervaring en verantwoordelijkheden binnen de functie. Werken in Oirschot betekent onderdeel zijn van een team dat werkt met moderne productietechnieken en een praktijkgerichte aanpak, waarbij aandacht is voor zowel proceskwaliteit als persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient en bewaakt het volledige productieproces als Procesoperator. - Je bedient en stelt maal-, meng- en perslijnen in en stuurt apparatuur bij vanuit de controlekamer of het veld. - Je voert metingen en kwaliteitscontroles uit en neemt corrigerende maatregelen bij afwijkingen. - Je beheert de inname en het afstorten van grondstoffen en bewaakt voorraadniveaus voor de productie. - Je werkt volgens veiligheids- en keuringsplannen en geeft indien nodig instructies aan collega’s. - Je bedient en optimaliseert het proces met behulp van PLC- en SCADA-systemen, stelt recepten en procesparameters in en werkt met apparatuur zoals molens, menginstallaties, persen, transportbanden, droge- en koelinstallaties. - Je voert first-line storingsanalyse en eerste lijn onderhoud uit zoals schoonmaken, smeren en stellen en escaleert complexe storingen naar technische dienst of engineering. Functie-eisen - MBO-opleiding in een Technische richting. - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als procesoperator of binnen productieomgevingen. - Bereidheid om in 3-ploegendienst te werken (06-14, 14-22, 22-06). - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift. - Interesse in moderne p.

- MBO-opleiding in een Technische richting. - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als procesoperator of binnen productieomgevingen. - Bereidheid om in 3-ploegendienst te werken (06-14, 14-22, 22-06). - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift. - Interesse in moderne productietechnieken en ervaring met computervaardigheden. - Nauwkeurigheid bij metingen en kwaliteitsbeheersing.
