Techniek in de vingers en op zoek naar een stabiele job binnen een moderne productieomgeving waar kwaliteit écht centraal staat?

In deze functie als procesoperator in 2-ploegen kom je terecht bij een gevestigde naam binnen de voedingsindustrie in regio Evergem. Wat ooit begon als een familiaal verhaal groeide sinds 1990 uit tot een sterk productiebedrijf dat vandaag bekendstaat om zijn hoogwaardige en gastronomische producten.

Achter de schermen draait alles rond vakmanschap, innovatie en een doorgedreven focus op kwaliteit. Je werkt in een technologisch sterke omgeving waar continu geïnvesteerd wordt in moderne productielijnen, duurzame productiemethoden en slimme technieken die zorgen voor een efficiënte en hygiënische werking.

Samen met een hecht team zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces vlot blijft draaien. De sfeer op de werkvloer is nuchter en collegiaal, met korte communicatielijnen en aandacht voor de mensen achter het werk. Wat houdt de job in?

  • Samen met je collega’s zorg je voor het instellen, bedienen en opvolgen van de raffinage-installatie zodat het productieproces vlot blijft draaien
  • Afwisseling tussen werk op de vloer en controle vanuit de stuurkamer, waardoor je het volledige proces mee aanstuurt
  • Verantwoordelijkheid over de halfautomatische verpakkingslijn inclusief kwaliteitscontroles volgens hoge standaarden
  • Kleine onderhouds-, reinigings- en herstellingswerken zelfstandig uitvoeren om installaties optimaal operationeel te houden
  • Dagelijks werken volgens strikte kwaliteits-, hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften binnen een moderne productieomgeving
  • Technische achtergrond door opleiding of ervaring, gecombineerd met een sterke interesse in techniek en productieprocessen
  • Analytisch ingesteld, leergierig en communicatief sterk in het Nederlands om veilig en nauwkeurig te kunnen werken
  • Flexibel en verantwoordelijk profiel dat vlot schakelt tussen verschillende taken en steeds het overzicht bewaart
