In de regio Tielt krijg je als procesoperator in 2-ploegen de kans om mee te draaien in een toonaangevend voedingsbedrijf met een rijke geschiedenis. Wat houdt de job in?

  • Samen met je collega-procesoperatoren zorg je voor het instellen, bedienen en opvolgen van de raffinage-installatie, zodat alles vlot en efficiënt verloopt
  • Je wisselt tussen actie op de werkvloer en controle vanuit de stuurkamer, waardoor je het volledige productieproces mee in de hand hebt
  • Je neemt de halfautomatische verpakkingslijn onder je vleugels en voert nauwkeurige kwaliteitscontroles uit om de hoogste standaarden te garanderen
  • Kleine onderhouds-, reinigings- en herstellingswerken aan de machines pak je zelfstandig en met oog voor detail aan
  • Als procesoperator werk je steeds volgens de strengste kwaliteits-, hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften, met respect voor mens, product en omgeving
  • Je beschikt over een A2-diploma of bent gelijkwaardig door enkele jaren ervaring binnen een technische rol maar vooral je technische passie en nieuwsgierigheid maken het verschil
  • Een analytische geest en een leergierige houding typeren jou, ingesteldheid is er minstens zo belangrijk als ervaring
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, wat essentieel is om de veiligheidsvoorschriften correct op te volgen
  • Flexibiliteit en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel zijn jouw troeven: je schakelt moeiteloos tussen taken en houdt steeds het overzicht
