Jobomschrijving

Als Procesoperator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen, opvolgen en optimaliseren van een hoogtechnologisch productieproces binnen een moderne industriële omgeving.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Aanleren en beheersen van het volledige productieproces zodat je op verschillende werkposten inzetbaar bent.
  • Bedienen van diverse installaties binnen het productieproces, waaronder opleg- en afpakinstallaties, zeefdrukinstallaties, droogovens en andere geautomatiseerde apparatuur.
  • Voorbereiden, afwerken en verpakken van afgewerkte producten.
  • Verplaatsen van producten met behulp van een heftruck.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles om de hoge kwaliteitsstandaarden te waarborgen.
  • Assisteren bij periodieke onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan de productielijnen.
  • Bedienen van een rolbrug tijdens onderhouds- en productieactiviteiten.
  • Actief bijdragen aan een veilige, ordelijke en nette werkomgeving met aandacht voor gezondheid en milieu.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een technisch sterke kandidaat die graag werkt in een productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, veiligheid en teamwork centraal staan.

Jij beschikt over:

  • Een diploma technisch secundair onderwijs of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Een sterke interesse in techniek en geautomatiseerde productieprocessen.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en een oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
  • Flexibiliteit om verschillende taken en werkposten op te nemen.
  • Een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel op vlak van veiligheid, kwaliteit en orde.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een echte teamspirit.
  • Bereidheid om te werken in een 3-ploegenstelsel.
  • Ervaring met een heftruck en/of rolbrug is een pluspunt, maar kan intern aangeleerd worden.
